Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, contact us at auvreybrand@hotmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for faulty products within 30 days of receipt. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at auvreybrand@hotmail.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must remain in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Delivery Confirmation

Once an item is marked as delivered by the shipping company, we consider it delivered. No refunds or replacements will be provided if the shipping status confirms successful delivery. Disputes against delivered orders will be vigorously contested.

Address and Order Changes

Once an order has been shipped, changes to the shipping address or order details cannot be made. Any such requests will incur additional charges.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, resulting in non-delivery, no refund or order cancellation will be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. In certain cases, we may offer to resend the order for a nominal fee, but refunds will not be possible under these circumstances.

Customer Responsiveness

All communications must be in English. Customers are responsible for responding promptly to emails regarding shipping updates or additional information. Delays or complications caused by lack of communication are not our responsibility.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item (if approved) and place a separate order for the new one.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Once a pre-order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled. Exceptions may be granted in rare extenuating circumstances and are subject to approval.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our automated processing system, orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you wish to cancel, you must return the items in their original condition upon receipt. Once the items are returned and inspected, a refund will be issued if they meet the return requirements.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any associated taxes, as we offer Free Shipping for initial deliveries.
